To ensure their seamless digital operations, SBOSS deploys CSP Mitras who proactively audit and monitor these outlets within their region assuring the robust controlled, Complied and risk-free ecosystem. This tech-driven initiative helps maintain service quality, strengthen financial inclusion, and extend the bank’s digital financial reach across the country
Customer Assistance Drive
Floor Coordinator: SBOSS deploys tech-savvy Floor Coordinators across designated SBI branches to assist and guide walk-in customers.
