SBOSS, or State Bank Operations Support Services Pvt Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of India (SBI), incorporated in July 2022. It was established to provide operations support services to the Bank, as approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). SBOSS has its Registered Office in New Delhi, India. The company is focused on “High Tech”, “High Touch” and “Low Cost” model for providing multidimensional support to the Bank. SBOSS has deployed salesforce FOS App for digital acquisition of loans in AGRI & MSME segment with stringent controls and security in place which has impacted in better TAT (Turn Around Time) for customers and processing efficiency including enhanced data quality. Driving technology-led transformation, the subsidiary envisions a unified platform that seamlessly integrates all outsourcing functions of the Bank — from customer acquisition and business sourcing to call centre and back-office operations. This single, universal application aims to simplify onboarding, enhance service delivery, and bring all products and segments under one digital ecosystem.
